§ 32-32-3-14 — Penalties and remedies
A person who violates this chapter commits
a deceptive act and is subject to the penalties and remedies provided in
IC 24-5-0.5. Any action by the attorney general for violations of this
chapter may be brought in the circuit or superior court of Marion
County.
