§ 32-31-9-3 — "Applicable offense"

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 31 LANDLORD-TENANT RELATIONS·Ch. 9 Rights of Tenants Who Are Victims of Certain Crimes

As used in this chapter, "applicable offense" refers to any of the following:

(1)A crime involving domestic or family violence (as defined in IC 35-31.5-2-76).
(2)A sex offense under IC 35-42-4.
(3)Stalking under IC 35-45-10.
