Indiana Statutes
§ 32-31-3-10 — "Tenant" defined
As used in this chapter, "tenant" means an individual who occupies a rental unit:
(1)for residential purposes;
(2)with the landlord's consent; and
(3)for consideration that is agreed upon by both parties.
