§ 32-30-9-1 — Action authorized
A claimant who is a joint tenant, tenant in
common, or tenant in coparcenary may maintain an action against the
claimant's cotenant or coparcener, or the cotenant's or coparcener's
personal representatives, for receiving more than the cotenant's or
coparcener's just proportion of the rents, profits, or other in kind
payments.
