Text
An action to abate a nuisance under this chapter may be initiated by any of the following:
(1)The prosecuting attorney of the circuit where the nuisance is
located.
(2)The corporation counsel or city attorney of a city in which a
nuisance is located.
(3)An attorney representing a county in which a nuisance is
located.
(4)The property owner.
(5)The attorney general.
