§ 32-30-8-11 — Order to vacate
Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
and in addition to or as a component of a remedy ordered under section
10 of this chapter, the court, after a hearing, may order a tenant that
created a nuisance on the property leased by the tenant to vacate the
property within seventy-two (72) hours after the issuance of the order.
