§ 32-30-7-8 — Venue
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 7 Actions for Indecent Nuisances
An indecent nuisance action must be brought
in the circuit or superior court of the county in which the alleged
indecent nuisance is located. The action is commenced by filing a
verified complaint alleging the facts constituting the indecent nuisance.
