Text
The following are guilty of maintaining an indecent nuisance and may be enjoined from maintaining the indecent nuisance under this chapter:
(1)A person who uses, occupies, establishes, maintains, or
conducts an indecent nuisance.
(2)The owner, agent, or lessee of any interest in an indecent
nuisance.
(3)A person employed in an indecent nuisance.
