Text
As used in this chapter, "prosecuting official" refers to public officials who have concurrent jurisdiction to enforce this chapter, including:
(1)the attorney general;
(2)the prosecuting attorney of the circuit in which an indecent
nuisance exists;
(3)the corporation counsel or city attorney of the city (if any) in
which an indecent nuisance exists; or
(4)an attorney representing the county in which an indecent
nuisance exists.
