§ 32-30-7-24 — Collected money paid to county treasurer; proceeds of sales applied to costs

(a)Except as provided in section 24.5 of this chapter, all money collected under this chapter shall be paid to the county treasurer.
(b)The proceeds of the sale of the personal property under section 22 of this chapter, or as much of the proceeds as necessary, shall be applied in payment of the costs of the action and abatement, including the complainant's costs. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-19-2-19.]
