§ 32-30-7-18 — Precedence of indecent nuisance action

An indecent nuisance action under this chapter shall be set down for trial without delay and takes precedence over all other cases except crimes, election contests, or injunctions. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-19-2-13.]
