§ 32-30-7-13 — Effect of preliminary injunction; restraining orders

An order issued under section 12(b)(2) of
this chapter closing a place continues in effect while the restraining
order issued under section 9(b) of this chapter is in effect. If a
restraining order has not been issued under section 9(b) of this chapter,
the order closing the place under section 12(b)(2) of this chapter must
include an order restraining the removal or interference with the
personal property and contents.
