§ 32-30-5-9 — Time of receiver's appointment

Receivers may not be appointed in any case until the adverse party has appeared or has had reasonable notice of the application for the appointment, except upon sufficient cause shown by affidavit. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-48-1-9.]
