Text
If:
(1)in the exercise of its authority, a court or judge has ordered the
deposit or delivery of money or another thing; and
(2)the order is disobeyed;
the court or the judge, besides punishing the disobedience as contempt,
may make an order requiring the sheriff to take the money or thing and
deposit it or deliver it in conformity with the direction of the court or
judge.
