§ 32-30-5-20 — Court approval of partial report; release of surety
The court's approval of a receiver's partial
account or report, as provided in section 14 of this chapter, releases and
discharges the receiver and the surety on the receiver's bond for all
matters and things related to or contained in the partial account or
report.
