§ 32-30-5-2 — Persons prohibited from being appointed in particular action

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 5 Receiverships

A court may not appoint:

(1)a party;
(2)an attorney representing a party; or
