§ 32-30-5-16 — Receiver's report; filing deadline; petition for court order

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 5 Receiverships
If an account is not filed within one (1) year after the date when the receiver took possession of the assets and effects of the receivership, any party interested may petition the court for an order requiring the filing of an account. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-48-4-3.]
