§ 32-30-5-15 — Receiver's report; requirements

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 5 Receiverships

The account or report required by section 14 of this chapter must set forth all:

(1)receipts and disbursements to the date of the accounting; and
(2)other appropriate information relative to the:
(A)administration of the receivership;
(B)liquidation of the receivership; and
(C)declaration and payment of dividends. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-48-4-2.]
