§ 32-30-5-14 — Receiver's report
In all receiverships pending or begun in any
court, the receiver, within the time as may be fixed by an order of the
court in which the receivership is pending, shall file with the court an
account or report in partial or final settlement of the liquidation or
receivership proceedings.
