§ 32-30-4-2 — Action by person with remainder or reversion in estate

Notwithstanding an intervening estate for life or years, a person who has a remainder or reversion in an estate may maintain an action for waste, trespass, or injury to the inheritance. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-4-2.]
