Text
Any person having a right to:
(1)recover the possession of; or
(2)quiet title to;
real estate in the name of any other person has a right to recover
possession or quiet title in the person's own name. An action may not
be defeated or reversed if the plaintiff could have successfully
maintained the action in the name of another person to inure to the
plaintiff's benefit.
