Text
If there are two (2) or more plaintiffs or defendants, one (1) or more of the plaintiffs may recover against one
(1)or more of the defendants:
(1)the premises or any part of the premises;
(2)an interest in the premises; or
(3)damages;
according to the right of the parties, but the recovery may not be for an
interest greater than the interest claimed by the party.
