§ 32-30-2-8 — Expiration of plaintiff's interest; damages only

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 2 Ejectment and Quiet Title
If the plaintiff's interest in the premises expires before the time in which the plaintiff could be put in possession of the premises, the plaintiff may obtain only a judgment for damages. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-2-8.]
