§ 32-30-2-4 — Contents of complaint

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 2 Ejectment and Quiet Title

In an action initiated under section 1 of this chapter, the plaintiff's complaint must contain the following information:

(1)A claim that the plaintiff is entitled to the possession of the premises, including a description of the premises.
(2)The interest the plaintiff claims in the premises.
(3)That the defendant unlawfully keeps the plaintiff from possession of the premises. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-2-4.]
