§ 32-30-2-3 — Legal service on nonresident defendant
Legal service on a defendant who is a nonresident:
(1)is considered served on the defendant if the service is made to
the defendant's agent for the property and the defendant's agent
resides in Indiana; or
(2)may be had by publication, as in other cases.
