§ 32-30-13-2 — Vacation of satisfaction of judgment; notice; motion

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 13 Purchase of Property Subject to Judgment
If the judgment is entered satisfied, in whole or in part, by reason of a sale referred to in section 1 of this chapter, the purchaser, upon notice to the parties to the proceeding and upon motion, may have the satisfaction of the judgment vacated in whole or in part.
