§ 32-30-10-4 — Remedy
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 30 CAUSES OF ACTION CONCERNING REAL·Ch. 10 Mortgage Foreclosure Actions
If there is not an express agreement in the
mortgage or a separate instrument for the payment of the sum secured
by the mortgage, the remedy of the mortgagee is confined to the
property mortgaged.
