Text

In selling real estate under this chapter, the sheriff is not required to first offer the rents and profits of the real estate or separate portions or parcels of the real estate. The sheriff may offer for sale the whole body of the mortgaged real estate together with rents, issues, income, and profits of the real estate unless the court in its judgment and order of sale has otherwise ordered. If any part of the judgment, interest, or costs remains unsatisfied, the sheriff shall immediately levy the residue on the other property of the defendant.
