(a)The amendments made to IC 32-8-16-1
(before its repeal, now codified at section 3 of this chapter) by
P.L.276-1995 do not apply to a complaint asking for foreclosure that is
filed before July 1, 1995.
(b)The amendments made to IC 32-8-16-5 (before its repeal, now
codified at section 9 of this chapter) by P.L.56-1996 apply to all
sheriff's sales conducted to foreclose mortgages on or after March 14,
1996.
