Indiana Statutes
§ 32-29-6-2 — "Mortgagee"
As used in this chapter, "mortgagee" means:
(1)the grantee of a mortgage; or
(2)if a mortgage has been assigned of record, the last person to
whom the mortgage has been assigned of record.
