Text
(a)If a grantee has satisfied a lien on real
property, the grantor shall, upon the request of the grantee, record on
the lien record that the lien has been satisfied.
(b)Recording on the record of a lien under subsection (a) that the
lien has been satisfied operates as a complete discharge of the lien.
