§ 32-28-13-9 — Civil actions against lienholder

Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 28 LIENS ON REAL PROPERTY·Ch. 13 Common Law Liens

A person who is injured by a common law lien that is recorded under section 5 of this chapter may bring a civil action against the lienholder for:

(1)actual damages;
(2)costs; and
(3)reasonable attorney's fees. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-8-39-6.]
