§ 32-28-11-2 — Securing and enforcing
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 28 LIENS ON REAL PROPERTY·Ch. 11 Engineer's, Land Surveyor's, and Architect's Liens
A lien created under this chapter may be
secured and enforced in the same manner as mechanic's liens are
secured and enforced.
