The township trustee has no personal liability for a contract the trustee makes under this chapter for building, rebuilding, or repairing fences under this chapter. The contractor shall receive payment from the township funds, which shall be reimbursed when the contract price is paid into the county treasury. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-9-5.]
