Text

The county recorder shall charge a fee in accordance with IC 36-2-7-10 for the recording of each mark from the person adopting and having the mark recorded. The recorder may not record two (2) marks that exactly correspond. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-7-2.]
