Indiana Statutes
§ 32-26-7-1 — Rails and plank fencing; record of marks
If petitioned by at least twenty (20) property
owners in the county, the board of county commissioners shall furnish
a blank book to the recorder of the county, paid for out of the county
fund, in which the county recorder shall keep a record of marks of rails
and plank fencing that are adopted by the property owners of the
county.
