Text
Before posting or advertising a stray animal, a
person described in section 4 of this chapter shall procure from two (2)
disinterested property owners an examination and assessment of the
damages caused by the stray animal with a certificate of the damages.
Damages under this section may include reasonable pay for the persons
making the assessment.
