§ 32-26-2-5 — Notice to owner; confining domestic animal

A person described in section 4 of this chapter shall, within twenty-four (24) hours after confining a stray animal, give notice to the owner of the animal, if the owner is known and can be immediately found. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-2-5.]
