§ 32-26-2-5 — Notice to owner; confining domestic animal
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 26 FENCES·Ch. 2 Enclosures, Trespassing Animals, and Partition Fences
A person described in section 4 of this chapter
shall, within twenty-four (24) hours after confining a stray animal, give
notice to the owner of the animal, if the owner is known and can be
immediately found.
