§ 32-26-2-11 — Damages and costs; payment before recovering property

If damages are assessed against the owner of a stray animal in a trial under this chapter, the owner must pay the damages and all costs assessed against the owner before the owner may recover the owner's property. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-2-11.]
