Text
(a)Three (3) or more members of the
association may give notice of an election to choose directors for the
association.
(b)The notices must:
(1)be written or printed;
(2)specify the time and location of the election; and
(3)be posted for at least ten (10) days before the election in at
least five (5) public places in each township where the
contemplated work will occur.
(c)The location of the election must be near the contemplated work.
