Text

(a)The proposed work shall be awarded by the board of directors by contract to the lowest responsible bidder, after suitable advertisements, as a whole or in sections or subdivisions as the board considers most advantageous.
(b)The board of directors may purchase any fence built along the line of the proposed fence and use the fence instead of building new fencing. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-1-18.]
