§ 32-26-1-17 — Assessments; enforcing payment
Payment of the assessments may be enforced
by suit in any court with jurisdiction as for ordinary debts or by the
foreclosure of the lien in any court with jurisdiction in the same manner
as is provided by law for the foreclosure of mortgages and the sale of
mortgaged premises for the collection of debts.
