§ 32-25-8-5 — Alteration or structural changes; impairing easements or hereditaments
A condominium unit owner may not make an alteration or structural change that would:
(1)jeopardize the soundness or safety of the property;
(2)reduce the value of the property; or
(3)impair any easement or hereditament;
unless the condominium unit owner has obtained the unanimous
consent of all the other co-owners.
