§ 32-25-8-1 — Bylaws; administration of property
The administration of every property is governed by bylaws. A true copy of the bylaws shall be annexed to and made a part of the declaration. A modification of or amendment to the bylaws is valid only if:
(1)the modification or amendment is set forth in an amendment
to the declaration; and
(2)the amendment is recorded.
