§ 32-25-2-8 — "Condominium instruments"
"Condominium instruments" means:
(1)the:
(A)declaration;
(B)bylaws;
(C)plats; and
(D)floor plans;
of the condominium; and
(2)any exhibits or schedules to the items listed in subdivision (1).
