§ 32-24-7-3 — Contents of resolution
The resolution described in section 2 of this chapter must specifically describe:
(1)the parcel of land that the library board seeks to acquire by
exercising eminent domain;
(2)the purpose for which the parcel of land is to be acquired; and
(3)why the exercise of eminent domain is necessary to
accomplish the library board's purpose.
