Text
In the exercise of the power of eminent
domain, notice of filing of the appraisers' report shall be given by the
clerk of the court to all known parties to the action by certified mail.
Any period of exceptions after which the parties are barred from
disputing the appraisal and condemnation shall run from the date of
mailing.
