§ 32-23-13-2 — "Mineral interest of an unknown or missing owner"
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 23 CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY INTERESTS·Ch. 13 Mineral Estates of Unknown or Missing Owners
As used in this chapter, "mineral interest of an unknown or missing owner" means:
(1)the mineral estate in land; or
(2)any portion of the mineral estate in land;
that is owned by an unknown or missing owner.
