§ 32-23-11-1 — Nonapplicability of chapter
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 23 CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY INTERESTS·Ch. 11 Abandoned Railroad Rights-of-Way
This chapter does not apply to a railroad
right-of-way that is abandoned as part of a demonstration project for
the relocation of railroad lines from the central area of a city as
provided under Section 163 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1973
(P.L.93-87, Title I, Section 163).
