Text
Except as provided in section 9 of this chapter, a governmental entity shall not require that a Class 2 structure be inspected:
(1)in connection with, or as a condition of:
(A)the sale of; or
(B)the transfer of title to;
a Class 2 structure; or
(2)as a prerequisite to the recording of a deed to the property
containing a Class 2 structure.
